Carbon capture and storage

Carbon capture and storage is seen as an important tool for reducing carbon in the air as well as direct capture from emission sources.

SAF™ 2507 super-duplex stainless steel

SAF™ 2507 (UNS S32750) is a super-duplex stainless steel; a high-alloy duplex steel with a PRE value of min. 42. The grade is characterized by very good chloride corrosion resistance, combined with very high mechanical strength.

Downhole casing and production tubing (OCTG)

Downhole casing and production tubing in CRA (corrosion resistant alloys) such as duplex stainless steels and austenitic Fe- and Ni-base alloys, Groups 2, 3 and 4, API 5 CRA (ISO 13680) and API Q1. These materials are ideal to cope with the aggressive environments found in wells sour from hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and other chemicals.
